Affiliate Disclosure

I’m an affiliate for companies I like, whose products I believe in and support.  If you buy from my affiliate links, I will get a commission.  Usually, I actually use the companies as well as promote them, such as:

  • Amazon
  • Aweber (email list management service)
  • 1shoppingcart (shopping cart and list management, especially good for ebook sellers)
  • Scrivener (writing organization software)
  • Writer’s Digest books and classes

If I recommend something, it’s not because I want to sucker you into buying it so I can get a commission!  The last thing I want to do is piss off my readers with that kind of lameness.  If I recommend something as an affiliate, it’s because I think it’s good enough to represent and sell.

The affiliate products support the site and the readers, not the other way around — Adele Journal exists first to serve you quality “semi-organized thoughts” about mature-audience fiction writing, publishing, and marketing.  If the site makes a little money because I could recommend you something cool, it’s good for everyone.
